Bike on the Bus Program
Whether you cycle to work, cycle for fitness, or just enjoy a day of biking with friends and family, EMTA’s Bike on the Bus Program combines biking with transit and allows you to go the distance. Bike racks are available on EMTA regular route buses. EMTA bike rack service is provided as a benefit for our passengers. Riders are responsible for loading and unloading bikes and it only takes about 30 seconds to do it. Anyone may use the racks at their own risk. An adult must accompany children under the age of 12. Training is also available at EMTA. Call 452-3515 for more information.
NOTICE: Effective November 15, 2007 the Bike Racks will be removed for winter operations. The bike racks will be reinstalled on April 15, 2008. If you have any questions please contact EMTA at 452-3515.
